Greeley Forest Garden 9-06 Clean Up

On labor day 2006 a number of volunteers gathered at the Greeley site to continue the transformation from neglected "undeveloped" land to a vital and vibrant neighborhood food forest. With the help of local residents we will develop Greeley Forest Garden into an asset to the neighborhood, perhaps with a gathering place, and maybe a place for a walk in a forest in the heart of the city.

Most of the volunteers were from the University of Portland, contributing their time and energy to help the community. We thank these generous students for their great work.
